SUMMARY:AI in action – AI Accelerator demo day & AIRE networking night
DESCRIPTION:The 6th batch of the AI Accelerator is wrapping up its six-month journey with a Demo Day\, where teams will take the stage to pitch their AI-powered solutions and compete for a €10\,000 grant to further develop their products. Up to three teams will be selected to receive the grant. Alongside the pitching programme\, attendees will have the opportunity to explore each team’s solution in a dedicated demo area and connect directly with the founders behind the ideas. \nThe Demo Day will bring together startups\, mentors\, industry experts\, investors and ecosystem partners to celebrate the progress of the participating teams and highlight the practical impact of AI across different sectors. \nAfter the pitches\, the programme continues with the AIRE networking event\, shifting the focus to AI in defence and dual-use innovation. The evening will feature keynotes and experience stories on how AI-guided interception is shaping the next wave of scalable defence solutions. Attendees will hear firsthand insights from Ukraine\, as well as from emerging defence startups already building\, testing and deploying technologies that support real needs on the ground. \nThe event offers a timely opportunity to explore how AI can strengthen resilience\, accelerate innovation and support the development of solutions with both civilian and defence applications. \nAGENDA \n12:00–12:30 Gathering\, networking and coffee \n12:30–12:35 Welcome and AI Accelerator overview\nAndra Jüristo\, AI Accelerator Program Manager \n12:40–12:50 AI Programme and AIRE overview\nRauno Varblas\, Head of the AI Field \n12:50–13:20 AI Accelerator demo day pitching\nPasser Systems\, Asvel\, Scopeful \n13:20–13:35 Coffee break and team demos \n13:35–13:55 Teams continue to pitch\nDuotale\, Interactive Archive\, Evie Health \n13:55–14:10 Coffee break and team demos \n14:10–14:40 Teams continue to pitch\nEvlyn\, Kulg\, AI Solutions Center \n14:40–14:50 Break \n14:50–15:20 AI-Guided Interception Is the Next Scaling Step\nMiro Popovich\, Relations Manager\, Ukrainian Council of Defence Industry \n15:20–15:30 AI in the Defence Sector: The Passer Systems Experience\nDenys Tiasko\, Co-founder of Passer Systems \n15:30–15:50 AI in the Defence Sector: The C2Grid Experience Story\nVladimir Kuts\, CEO and Co-Founder of C2Grid \n15:50–16:00 Winners and closing words \n16:00–16:30 Networking \nJoin us for the AI Accelerator Demo Day and AIRE networking event to meet the next generation of AI-driven startups\, discover practical solutions from the accelerator teams and explore how AI is shaping the future of defence and dual-use innovation. \nThe event is free of charge\, but registration is required. Secure your spot and be part of the conversation.
