J\u00fcri has been the chairman of the board of the Estonian Machinery Industry Union for a long time (1999-2009). J\u00fcri has extensive business experience, he is an expert in industrial robotics, digitalization, cost-effective production (including Lean) and the development of industrial business models.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">T\u00f5nis Raametsa has more than 20 years of work experience in the automotive and delivery industry. He has been involved in the management and development of the Estonian Machinery Industry Association for a long time and is familiar with the daily problems of manufacturing companies in addition to a number of product development and production projects. T\u00f5nis is currently working as a doctoral student-junior researcher at Tallinn University of Technology, and his main research area is the development and implementation of digital optimization and control models in production processes. T\u00f5nis will be a member of the artificial intelligence and robotics center AIRE from the beginning of 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Kristo Vaher works at Tallinn University of Technology as the head of the robotics curriculum and also as a project manager. He has participated in many projects that required high level engineering knowledge. He can handle even the most difficult tasks. Kristo also has entrepreneurial experience and participates in the work of various professional associations. He is a mechanical engineer by education and is currently studying for a PhD at TalTech, where his topic is the better application of industrial robots in SMEs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Linas Zukauskas is the Business Development Manager of ABB Robotics and Discrete Automation in the Baltic States.
