We invite your company&#8217;s employees to participate in a training session on how to understand the need for change in your production and production system, how to deal with change and how to be prepared for change in your production and production system.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>TARGET GROUP:<\/strong> Small and medium sized manufacturing (EMTAK C) or production companies and individual places for participants from large companies are welcome.<\/p>\n<p>Small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (EMTAK C) are welcome to participate. The loction is\u00a0<span lang=\"ET\">Tallinn Technical University, Ehitajate tee 5, Tallinn, room U05-215. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>TEACHERS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J\u00fcri Riives (IMECC O\u00dc) is the founder of IMECC O\u00dc and a professor at Tallinn University of Technology. J\u00fcri is the chairman of the board of the Estonian Engineering Industry Association (1999-2009). J\u00fcri has extensive entrepreneurial experience and is an expert in industrial robotics, digitalisation, cost-efficient manufacturing (including Lean) and industrial business model development.<\/p>\n<p>The gateway to AIRE&#8217;s services is the company&#8217;s Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA) consulting service, which helps map your company&#8217;s strengths, bottlenecks and their impact on your business. For the first time, or if more than 1 year has passed since the previous digital maturity assessment, the AIRE target company will receive a DMA consultancy service from IMECC O\u00dc at a de minimis rate (\u20ac600) when registering for the training. After enrolment, the company will have access to the digital maturity assessment environment.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-registration is essential for the training.
