DIGITAL MATURITY ASSESSMENT

In order to support your company’s awareness for the implementation of artificial intelligence and robotics projects, AIRE’s primary service is the evaluation of the company’s digital maturity. The Digital Maturity Assessment is a roadmap for entering the following AIRE services. As a result of the digital maturity assessment, the company gains an understanding of the level of digitization of the company’s processes and what the company’s real needs are. We help map your company’s strengths and weaknesses and their impact on the company’s operations.

The service is intended for small and medium-sized industrial companies. With AIRE’s digital maturity consulting service, the company receives minor assistance in the amount of 600 EUR.

With the digital maturity assessment service, AIRE helps you understand your company’s ability to implement new technologies, evaluate process productivity and organizational capacity. The digital maturity assessment model is based on aspects of the level of digitalization, automation and flexibility of the company and identifies the existing and desirable level of digitalization in order to ensure the company’s performance and improve performance.

The digital maturity assessment is a prerequisite for participating in the following AIRE services, so that we can better understand the specific needs of the company. Having an overview to what extent and for what purpose the processes within the company’s value chain should be automated and digitized, we mainly direct the company’s needs to the following AIRE services.

The digital maturity assessment is carried out by AIRE’s partner IMECC OÜ (Innovative Machine Building Processing Systems Technologies Development Center), a provider of high-tech solutions and engineering support with long-term experience. The goal of IMECC is to increase the sustainability and competitiveness of Estonian companies and to strengthen the position of the Estonian manufacturing industry both domestically and internationally.

Depending on the size of the company and the level of digitalization, the initial assessment takes up to one hour.

* During the AIRE project, the digital maturity of the company that joined the service is assessed three times within a three-year period.
