ASSESSMENT OF DIGITAL READINESS

We will carry out an assessment of your company’s digital maturity in order to understand its ability to implement the new technologies necessary for international cooperation, to assess the productivity of processes and the capacity of the organization.

When evaluating digital maturity, we used the European Union criteria as a basis: smartness, compatibility, digitalization, automation, flexibility and sustainability. The results of the assessment can be measured both qualitatively and quantitatively. The results can be compared, evaluated and ranked both systematically and based on needs. The results of the digital maturity assessment can be viewed after the measurement time with comments on the current status.

Depending on the size of your business and how digitalised it is, the initial assessment can take up to an hour.

As a result of the digital maturity assessment, you will have a clear understanding of the level of digitization of your company’s processes and what its real needs are. We highlight your company’s strengths and weaknesses and their impact on the company’s operations.

A deeper digital maturity analysis will help you understand how to make the company more efficient and increase its competitiveness with automation, greater flexibility and digital solutions.

The results of the digital maturity assessment are a good input for the implementation of artificial intelligence and robotics solutions in your company.

AI Suitability Analyses

The service is intended for small and medium-sized industrial companies that have the desire and ability to invest in artificial intelligence solutions in the company.

During the process-oriented analysis, it is helped to understand how to optimize the technologies and data already in use in the company for the introduction of artificial intelligence. In addition, the analysis deals with the company’s ability to increase flexibility with digital solutions, facilitating processes and increasing the company’s competitiveness.

AI Suitability Assessment is carried out by industrial process experts with long-term experience in the field of artificial intelligence.

TRAINING

We offer training in artificial intelligence, digital technologies and robotics for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The trainings take place in both Tallinn and Tartu and are conducted by the best in the field from our partner universities and the European Union Digital Innovation Centers (EDIH) network. Industrial companies interested in innovative solutions of artificial intelligence and robotics are invited to the training.

Robotics Suitability Assessment

In order to support the robotization of your company, AIRE performs a central analysis of the company’s processes to assess the feasibility of the company’s robotization. The service is also wanted for a company with its own product that wants to increase production.

Advising on the practicality of robotization is carried out by AIRE’s partner IMECC OÜ (Innovative Machine Building Processing Systems Technologies Development Center), a provider of high-tech solutions and engineering support with long-term experience.

DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS

In order to increase the digital capacity of Estonian industrial companies, we conduct demo projects where we use artificial intelligence and robotics solutions to overcome the challenges of companies.

Valuing the broad-based creation of innovation, we initiate demo projects in as many different fields as possible and develop innovative solutions that do not duplicate existing technologies offered by private companies.

We are not looking to benefit only individual businesses, as the focus of AIRE is to develop the whole of industry.

Therefore, we create tailor-made solutions in cooperation with a specific company or institution, but the result is so universal that the solutions, products or services born from the project can be transferred to other companies or to other areas. The results of the demo projects initiated with our participation are not confidential, but different materials are prepared from them to introduce artificial intelligence and robotics solutions in Estonia and elsewhere.

FINDING SOURCES OF FUNDING

We are your company’s guide in reaching the right source of financing. There are different types of grants, and finding the right one among them is often difficult. We cooperate with the Enterprise Development Foundation (EAS), the Estonian Research Agency (ETAG), the European Commission (EC) and the Enterprise Europe (EEN) network to map your company’s ideas for artificial intelligence and robotics developments and direct you to the right funder. We help you build a contact network and reach the right contacts – for this we organize monthly AIRE club events, where potential customers, financiers, developers, consultants, representatives of banks and investors are present.

CREATING A NETWORK OF CONTACTS

The goal of the AIRE collaboration network is to promote communication between industrial companies, researchers, IT and electronics companies and financiers of innovation projects. We also consider it important to co-create and exchange information with professional associations.

In order to strengthen mutual cooperation, we have initiated a unique series of events, the AIRE Club, which aims to create a free and direct environment for our partners to communicate and network with each other. The meetings will take place in Tartu and Tallinn.

The AIRE club is a physical meeting place where not only local services and success stories are introduced, but also the activities of cross-border centers that could benefit Estonian industrial companies. Being a member of a pan-European network, which includes 200+ digital innovation centers of the European Union, at the proposal of the Estonian state, we are also closely connected with our international partners
