I confirm that I am aware that by participating in the training, the company receives minor aid within the meaning of Commission Regulation No. 1407/2013.*

I confirm that the company is an SME (small or medium sized enterprise) with a de minimis (de minimis aid) limit of the cost of the training/webinar per participant. In all other cases, participation in the training will be charged on an invoice basis.*

I hereby certify that the company is an SME (small or medium sized enterprise) with a de minimis (de minimis) VTA (de minimis aid) limit up to the cost of the training/webinar per participant.*

I confirm that the company is not in financial difficulties or in tax debt.*
By registering for the training, the company confirms the permission to use the VTA balance for participation, which is non-refundable in case of non-participation or interruption of the training.*

It is possible to cancel participation up to 10 working days before the start by sending an e-mail to e-mail koolitused@aire-edih.eu.

When registering for the training, the company agrees to fill in the AIRE digital maturity assessment questionnaire.*

Per company, once a year, VAT in the amount of €600.

Due to the conditions for granting VTA, please coordinate participation in the course with the company manager*

The maximum amount of aid is 300,000 euros per entrepreneur within three financial years.
