The financing necessary to accelerate the development of industrial enterprises does not have to come only on the basis of equity capital, bank loans or public support schemes. One possible option is to raise money through private equity investments. The most important prerequisite for involving private capital is the existence of your own product or the ambition to develop your own product. We offer a practical and market-based consulting service on how to bring additional capital into the company and thereby expand its operations many times over. Besides we help company to assess themselves in scaleing up and provide advice for growth and innovation from private capital point of view. We advise industrial companies on how to supplement their business model, develop a product/service, evaluate and, as necessary, establish direct contacts with private capital providers both in Estonia and abroad. Among other things, we advise on how to mitigate the risks associated with raising private capital and support the capital raising process with the help of legal and financial professionals.
The services of the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Centre AIRE (AIRE) are targeted at small to medium-sized industrial enterprises (SMEs), with up to 499 employees and a turnover of up to €100 million. We can provide a limited service (up to 10% of clients) to large local companies in Estonia (up to 2999 employees). In the case of a large local company belonging to a multinational group, the numbers of the group are aggregated worldwide. Mentors of the research and business campus Tehnopol offer consulting services, whose experience in advising companies on fundraising and growth-oriented initiatives can be measured in millions of euros. The consulting service involving private capital is intended for small and medium-sized industrial companies (employees up to 250 people and turnover up to 50 million euros). Consulting is considered as state aid for the company – de minimis aid (VTA) in the value of 800 euros.
