The artificial intelligence and robotics center AIRE (EDIH) is co-financed by the European Union from the "European Digital Innovation Hubs" program (project number 101083677) and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications.
Don’t miss the AI train. Adopting AI is not a matter of choice, but of time. Our consultancy services can help you get AI up and running quickly and efficiently.
With AI consulting services, we assess your company’s ability to implement AI solutions. The assessment will result in an expert opinion, consisting of a mapping of the current state of your business, an analysis of digital technologies and data usage, and the feasibility/probability and practicality of implementing AI solutions.
Our services are meant for SMEs
The services of the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Centre AIRE (AIRE) are targeted at small to medium-sized industrial enterprises (SMEs), with up to 499 employees and a turnover of up to €100 million. We can provide a limited service (up to 10% of clients) to large local companies in Estonia (up to 2999 employees). In the case of a large local company belonging to a multinational group, the numbers of the group are aggregated worldwide.
What is included in the AI consultancy service?
The AI consultancy service will analyse the process to understand how to optimise the technologies and data already in use in the company for the deployment of AI. In addition, the analysis will address the company’s ability to increase agility with digital solutions, facilitating processes and increasing the company’s competitiveness.
Artificial intelligence feasibility analyses can be conducted in several parts:
- Fundamental analysis, focusing on the overall assessment of artificial intelligence readiness within the company.
- Project-based analyses, examining more specific choices related to the implementation of individual artificial intelligence-based projects.
The focus and necessity of project-based analyses are determined by the consultant in collaboration with the company after conducting the fundamental analysis. However, the analysis may include:
- Detailed analysis of implementing an artificial intelligence project, including a description of specific problems and technical solutions, setting performance metrics and expected impact indicators, and estimating costs (the exact scope, structure, and extent are agreed upon with the client).
- Overview reflecting in more detail the data analysis, data models, or system architecture of the artificial intelligence project.
- Analysis of the scalability of the artificial intelligence project.
- Analysis of the necessity of the artificial intelligence project based on business processes.
- Analysis of the market situation for the artificial intelligence project, including checking the availability of off-the-shelf software.
- Analysis of technological novelty for potential demo project candidates.
- Preparation of the initial concept for integrating the artificial intelligence project.
- Initial ROI analysis for the artificial intelligence project, including advising on drafting the company’s demo project application to avoid funding unreasonable or non-innovative projects.
- Advising on the implementation of the artificial intelligence project, including guidance on implementing the AIRE demo project during the project (e.g., to reach investment).
- Preparation and advising on the continuation plan for the artificial intelligence project (including the company’s demo project) to reach investment in cooperation with the AIRE financial advisory service, if necessary.
- Developing an artificial intelligence implementation strategy for the company.
- The focus, output, structure, and extent of the strategy are defined in agreement with the client.
* Other significant considerations regarding the implementation of AI solutions.
The range of topics covered may vary depending on the needs of the advised company.
