Analysis of the company’s digital capabilities and digital needs and planning of necessary development activities
AIRE (AI & Robotics Estonia) invites you to a webinar where the analysis of the company’s digitalization, the need and impact of digitalization on the company, and how the company’s existing and necessary level of digitalization affect the planning of the company’s development activities will be presented.
When participating in the webinar, the company receives minor aid (VTA) in the amount of €200 per participant.
TARGET GROUP
Small and medium-sized manufacturing companies (EMTAK C) are welcome. Individual places for participants from large companies. The course is aimed at employees of industrial companies who want to familiarize themselves with the possibilities of digitization and automation of the company, get information about digital analysis and the impact of the level of digitalization on the development of the company. In professions: company managers, industrial managers, development managers, engineers, IT specialists, etc. The webinar is conducted by Prof. IMECC from the Technology Development Center. dr. PURPOSE
To acquire knowledge of the nature and necessity of digitization, automation and flexibility of the company and to gain knowledge of how the company can plan development activities based on this, using various digitization and/or automation solutions.

– The nature of the business-oriented digital analysis process and the resulting results and the possibilities of their practical use
– Skills to assess the situation in the company and to see the connections between the company’s performance indicators and the levels of digitization / automation of processes
– Evaluation of the performance of the company’s business model and opportunities for its improvement and improvement based on the digitization / automation of company processes

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
• When registering through Fienta, we will send detailed information about participation to your e-mail.
• The condition for participating in the training is to fill in the AIRE digital maturity assessment form for your industrial company (VTA 600 eur). The digital maturity assessment must be completed by companies that have not previously participated in AIRE services or that, within the framework of the AIRE project (from 01.07.2022), more than a year has passed since the digital maturity assessment. The digital maturity assessment consulting service helps to map your company’s strengths, bottlenecks and their impact on the company’s operations.
• The minimum number of participants for the webinar is 15.
• Up to 2 people from one company can participate.
• Participation in the webinar is free of charge for companies of the target group that have a free balance of minor aid (VTA) (the limit is 200,000 euros per company over three financial years).
• When participating in the webinar, the company is given a small aid (VTA) in the amount of €200 per participant.
• By registering on the website, the company confirms the permission to use the VTA balance for participation, which is non-refundable in case of non-participation in the training (without notice or notice less than 10 working days before the start) or interruption.
• If desired, it is also possible to participate in the course by paying on the basis of an invoice (including employees of large companies). The invoice sent to the e-mail must be paid before the start of the training by the payment deadline indicated on the invoice.
TEACHER
Jüri Riives is the founder of IMECC OÜ and a professor at Tallinn University of Technology. Jüri has been the chairman of the board of the Estonian Machinery Industry Union for a long time (1999-2009). Jüri has extensive business experience, he is an expert in industrial robotics, digitalization, cost-effective production (including Lean) and the development of industrial business models.
