Scenarios for effective design of production systems
The process of business value creation, its execution, the dynamics of change and its effectiveness are important for every business. We invite your company’s employees to participate in a training session on how to understand the need for change in your production and production system, how to deal with change and how to be prepared for change in your production and production system.
TARGET GROUP: Small and medium sized manufacturing (EMTAK C) or production companies and individual places for participants from large companies are welcome.
Small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (EMTAK C) are welcome to participate. The course is aimed at managers, production managers and development managers in industrial enterprises.
The training will be conducted by Jüri Riives, IMECC OÜ.
COURSE OBJECTIVE: The aim of the training is to gain the knowledge to develop a needs-based production system to ensure the performance of the company.
TOPICS:
- Integrated production
- Integrated Production System
- Integrated production system.
- The role of the workplace in the production system

The gateway to AIRE’s services is the company’s Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA) consulting service, which helps map your company’s strengths, bottlenecks and their impact on your business. For the first time, or if more than 1 year has passed since the previous digital maturity assessment, the AIRE target company will receive a DMA consultancy service from IMECC OÜ at a de minimis rate (€600) when registering for the training. After enrolment, the company will have access to the digital maturity assessment environment.
Pre-registration is essential for the training. The grant for participation in the training will be treated as de minimis aid (de minimis aid) for companies, amounting to €480 per participant.
By registering for the training, the company confirms that it is authorised to use the balance of the VTA for participation, which will be registered in the register of State aid to enterprises as a co-financing fee for participation in the project “AI & Robotics Estonia (EDIH)”.
