The first meeting to create a long-term strategy was held at the AIRE center
The Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Center AIRE, has come to stay and contribute to a change in mindset as well as the adoption of smart AI and robotics solutions in the Estonian industrial sector. On Friday 5 May, nearly 50 enthusiastic partners gathered to kick-start the AIRE 2025+ strategy.
It was clear, that all partners share a common, strong, and long-term vision for AIRE’s future. A strong vote of appreciation went to the whole team for the great work in launching the AIRE center and services. AIRE is undoubtedly a good example of pan-Estonian and inter-university cooperation, with everyone contributing their strengths.
All partners of the consortium had a chance to speak at the joint meeting: TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, University of Tartu, Estonian University of Life Sciences, Tartu Science Park, Tehnopol, IMECC, and representatives of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. AIRE is part of the pan-European European Digital Innovation Hubs Network, which currently consists of 151 EDIHs and 76 “Seal of Excellence” EDIHs.The main mission of the EDIHs is to build the digital capacity of SMEs and public sector organizations in the European Union.
