2021: Artificial intelligence-based industrial equipment health monitoring
The aim of the demonstration project is to develop an AI-based solution that can predict the failure of production equipment and reduce the need for unscheduled maintenance. The development is currently underway at Pentamet OÜ’s plant, where process control and electrical monitoring systems have already been implemented. The smart monitoring solution created is able to use artificial intelligence to predict and pinpoint potentially problematic machines in need of preventive maintenance. The developed solution can be easily further developed for application in similar industries.
