The artificial intelligence and robotics center AIRE (EDIH) is co-financed by the European Union from the "European Digital Innovation Hubs" program (project number 101083677) and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications.
AIRE (AI & Robotics Estonia) offers financial advisory services to industrial companies to help them secure additional funding through public measures. Our goal is to guide companies through various public sector funding opportunities and identify the most suitable rounds for significant projects. This service provides companies with a great opportunity to find appropriate funding conditions and select the right measures.
Although industrial companies can apply for various grants on their own, finding and choosing the right ones can often be challenging. Each innovative product or service is managed by a different consultant from different institutions, and with the plethora of available measures, getting familiar with and matching them to your needs is a time-consuming task.
AIRE collaborates with Tehnopol Science Park, Enterprise Estonia and KredEx’s joint venture (EIS), the Estonian Research Council (ETAG), the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), the Environmental Investment Centre (KIK), the European Commission (EC), and the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) to offer the best selection of all funding measures and direct companies to the appropriate funders based on their digital maturity and level of automation. The more AIRE services a company has utilized, the better the portfolio of reports supporting their success in obtaining funding. If it turns out that a company is not yet mature enough to join AIRE’s services, we will direct them to measures and services that enhance digital maturity and expect them to come back soon.
The financial advisory service also supports companies in transitioning from one AIRE service to another, assists in forming teams needed for demo project rounds, and aids in application submission.
The services of the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Center AIRE are aimed at small to medium-sized industrial enterprises (SMEs) with up to 499 employees and turnover of up to 100 million. We can serve a limited number of large local companies (with up to 2999 employees), making up to 10% of our clients. For large local companies that are part of an international group, the group’s total numbers are combined globally.
The financial advisory service is recorded for the company as de minimis aid, with a one-time rate of 800 EUR per usage. The service can be used as many times as needed. Participation in AIRE services requires completion of IMECC OÜ’s digital maturity assessment at 600 EUR (de minimis aid). During the AIRE project, digital maturity assessment for the company will be conducted annually over a three-year period.
