INTENSIVE COURSE: Cybersecurity training for industrial companies
Come learn digital self-defense!
Information technology is everywhere today – in public spaces, at work, in schools, at home, and even in our pockets. It enables global communication, access to information, and the automation of processes. Unfortunately, information technology also comes with risks. A global communication platform allows fraudsters to make contact from the other side of the world, data breaches in some companies can endanger customer privacy, and malware can stop automated processes or even cause physical harm. The cybersecurity training introduces the most common threats and security measures in the field.
NB! This training will be conducted in Estonian.
The training is led by Rain Ottis, a recognised cybersecurity expert and professor of cyber operations at Tallinn University of Technology. This is a two-day introductory course on cybersecurity topics to expand the knowledge that Estonian industrial companies must consider today to ensure cyber security. The training is aimed at employees of industrial companies who deal with cybersecurity issues and the associated risks of informing in the industrial company (company leaders, technology managers, IT managers, production managers, and other technical or thematic personnel).
