Webinar: Navigating the Legal Framework Affecting Industrial Enterprises in the Age of Artificial Intelligence and Tracking Devices
AIRE, in cooperation with TalTech Legal Lab, organizes a webinar, the purpose of which is to provide industrial companies with a comprehensive overview of legislation and the main legal obligations that must be known when developing or using artificial intelligence and tracking devices. Among other things, the artificial intelligence regulation (EU AI Act) that will soon enter into force in the European Union will be discussed. All interested industrial companies are invited to the comprehensive webinar with practical application examples and experience stories.

The aim of the webinar is to introduce how artificial intelligence systems will be regulated by the European Union’s artificial intelligence regulation, including how artificial intelligence systems with different risk levels are distinguished in the artificial intelligence regulation. The webinar will also provide an overview of other relevant legislation that an industrial company must keep in mind, among other things, issues of responsibility and personal data processing in connection with the implementation of artificial intelligence will be discussed. The webinar will separately discuss the use of tracking devices from a legal point of view. Together with practical examples, an overview is provided of which legal obligations must be fulfilled and which data protection risks occur when using tracking devices.
The webinar will be conducted by Tea Kookmaa, the CEO of TalTech Legal Lab.
