andri.haran@mkm.eeAndri is head of the Industry Division at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications and has 20 years of experience in change and process management in the defence and aerospace industry. Having worked in both the private and public sectors, Andri understands how both work and their opportunities and challenges. Andri has a Master’s degree in Digital Transformation from Tallinn University of Technology.
