Helen Jõesaar
helen.joesaar@ut.eeHelen is the industry collaboration coordinator of the Institute of Computer Science at the University of Tartu. She has 10 years of experience in the implementation of European Union projects and in advising applications for grants in the research, tourism, and social affairs fields. At the Institute of Computer Sciences, her role is to initiate collaboration between the university and private as well as public sector institutions and coordinate the activities of the Digital Europe Programme.
